Blick Artist Materials Bethesda (formerly Plaza Art) is one of the 70+ physical locations for the USA's largest art supply retailer. After a successful year of exceeding sales goals, prioritizing customer-centricity, and streamlining store operations, the management team was looking to improve their online presence.
REAL RESULTS
In the past 6 months that I've been running the Instagram as an Associate Manager with the store, there has been a considerable upwards trend in impressions, engagement, follower count, and interactions.
We've seen a 98.7K% overall increase in content interactions and a 550% increase in views per month.

PLANNING
I created a content calendar with a sheet for each month, to optimize the page's organization while facilitating collaboration and review.
DUTIES
Hilghighting Products that we sell instore, both new and existing.
Analyzing the market to find relevant trends and engage in content that our audience want to see.
Conducting market research to take advantage of industry trends and better understand our customer base.
Creating engaging and visually appealing video and photo content (product photoshoots, staff pick items, store updates, story polls/community engagement, artist features, etc)
Ensuring that all content is created collaboratively or reviewed with upper management to uphold brand standards and the Blick voice.
